Can I choose a different paper type / finish?
Our free leaflets are printed onto 100gsm uncoated paper. For other quantities, sizes, paper types and
finishing options you may wish to try StressFreePrint.co.uk
A6? What size is that?
Our A6 leaflets are 148x105mm. Your design can be landscape or portrait.
Can you fold / perforate / laminate my leaflets?
Our offer does not include any finishing options such as folding, perforating or lamination.
I don´t have any artwork. Can you create it for me?

Will you send me a proof before printing?
Our offer does not include a proof of any kind (unless you select one of our
Artwork or Creative Design services).
If you're supplying your own artwork and would like a printed proof StressFreePrint.co.uk provides
one free with every order.

We can accept artwork files in the formats listed below. Creating artwork couldn't be easier, simply download a free template from our website.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch orders within 10 working days of payment and supply of artwork (excluding bank holidays and Christmas shutdown). If we discover a problem with the artwork files you´ve supplied, there may be a delay whilst this is resolved. If you select one of our Artwork or Creative Design services, you should expect to receive an on-screen (PDF) proof of your leaflet within 4 working days and despatch of your order within 10 working days of proof approval.
Free leaflets? Does that mean the quality will be poor?
In a word... 'no'! We use the latest state-of-the-art digital printing presses to produce stunning
full colour print. We have many, many happy customers who will vouch for the quality of our work. However, as with all printing processes, the quality of the finished leaflet depends upon the quality
of the artwork you supply. For best results download a free artwork template from our website …or select one of our Artwork or Creative Design services and leave the job of creating artwork to us!

Will you add an imprint to my leaflet?
All leaflets will feature our company imprint which will be positioned at our discretion.
I also need some business cards / stationery / folders / posters. Can I order those from you too?
